We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

We primarily use the Canada Postal Service for all of our shipments. We have found that Canada Post offers the most reliable and cost-effective service for our products, allowing us to pass those savings on to you.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. This ensures you are always paying the most accurate and fair price for delivery. While we don't currently offer free shipping as a standard option, we are always on the lookout for ways to provide the best value to our customers. We occasionally run special promotions that may include free shipping, so be sure to follow our social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number in that email to view the latest updates on your packages journey directly from the Canada Post website.

We give 10% discount on bulk orders of 25-100 books and 15% discount on orders over 100.

Each of our crochet animals is a unique, handmade item that requires special care. To keep them looking their best, we recommend the following:

Spot Cleaning: For minor dirt or spills, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Dab the area and then blot with a clean, dry cloth.

Washing: We recommend handwashing the item in cool water with a small amount of mild, baby-safe detergent. Do not wring or twist the item as this can distort its shape. Instead, gently squeeze out the excess water and reshape the item.

Drying: Always lay your crochet animal flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry. Do not use a machine dryer as the heat can melt or damage the fibers and stuffing.

Crochet Animals: Our crochet animals are made with high-quality, hypoallergenic yarn and stuffed with premium polyester fiberfill. We use plastic safety eyes unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Books: Our books are crafted with care, featuring sturdy, laminated covers that are designed to be durable and resistant to water damage, ensuring they last for many years of reading enjoyment.

Due to the time and care involved in making each of our handmade items, we can only accept custom orders of 10 or more products at this time. Please note that custom orders will take 30 to 60 days for delivery due to the handmade nature of our products.

Each of our unique creations is a product of its own inspiration, but we're always adding new animals to the shop, so be sure to check back often to see what's new!

Our crochet animals are lovingly made and inspected for quality. However, they are intended for use under adult supervision, especially for children under 3 years old. This is because small parts, such as safety eyes, can pose a choking hazard. We strongly advise against giving our crochet animals with safety eyes to any child under 3 years of age. For young children, we recommend our crochet items with embroidered features instead.

Handmade Integrity: Our animals are carefully crafted with a lot of time and attention to detail. Accepting returns on these items would risk damage to their delicate, handmade nature. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our work.

For our Books:

Condition of the Product: Books can be easily damaged from a single use—creased spines, dog-eared pages, or scuff marks on the cover. We cannot verify that a returned book is in the exact same pristine condition as when it was sold. This policy guarantees that every book you purchase from us is brand-new and unread.

Copyright and Intellectual Property: In today's digital age, it's possible to read a book and then return it. Our non-return policy prevents "free rentals" and protects the intellectual property of the authors we support.

While all sales on these items are final, your satisfaction is still very important to us. If an item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within five days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
